TEST FOR IGG ANTIBODIES AFTER CORONAVIRUS VACCINATION

The test can be used to show whether adequate immune response has developed after vaccination against SARS CoV2 virus.

The test measures the antibody level of spike protein after vaccination, therefore it is suitable for assessing the immune response after vaccination with all vaccines currently available in Hungary (Pfizer, Moderna, Sputnik, Sinopharm, Astra Zeneca) as well as already approved vaccines (Johnson & Johnson, CoviShield, CanSino, CureVac).

Sampling in case of two-dose vaccines (Pfizer, Moderna, Sputnik, Sinopharm, Astra Zeneca, CoviShield, CureVac) is recommended one week after the second vaccination, and in case of single-dose vaccines (Johnson & Johnson, CanSino), 4–6 weeks after vaccination. The test is performed on a blood sample taken from a vein.

The test gives a numerical result for the level of antibody produced by the body, which shows the extent of the immune response that has developed after vaccination.

The result will be available in our online system after 1-3 working days.

WHEN CAN THE TEST NOT BE PERFORMED?

We would like to inform our dear Customers that we cannot perform the coronavirus test if you:

• were in close contact with a confirmed Coronavirus infected person within 14 days
• are in official quarantine due to Coronavirus infection , illness
• have Coronavirus-related symptoms (fever, cough, shortness of breath)
