Medicover E-Doctor – Phone Consultation from the safety of your home
Due to the epidemic situation, Medicover makes E-Doctor phone consultation available for patients. With E-Doctor, our patients have access to phone consultation with our physicians for a discounted 14000 HUF price. Naturally, in order to avoid deterioration of their health condition, our patients can still book personal consultation as usual.
How to book an appointment?
In case you intend to send your previous medical findings before the phone consultation, please attach your medical findings at the checkout.
If your physician suggests a personal consultation based on the information sent previously, the physician will indicate it during the phone consultation. In this case, please contact our Call Center for your appointment for the personal consultation.
How to prepare for your e-doctor appointment?
We kindly ask you to call our Call Center precisely at the booked time and indicate that you have an E-Doctor appointment.
Afterwards, you will be connected to our specialist who provides medical consultation, assesses your medical documents – if previously sent to Medicover – and if it is needed, prescribes medication.
If a personal consultation is necessary, our physician will inform you. In this case, you can book your next appointment via our Call Center.
